Hot vs. Very Hot

Gee, I can't wait until Sunday when it's just plain old hot as opposed to the "record heat" and "very hot" temps of this week and early next.

Previously, a 105-degree day might have been considered "very hot," but now, it's all about perspective. Did I tell you my air conditioning went out last Friday? I count it as a bona fide miracle from God that the repair man was willing and able to come out at 5 p.m. to fix it. There's no way I would have survived the weekend. This pregnant lady is truly blessed!
