No Joke
Good news for Shreveport nicotine addicts and alcoholics who wish to multitask. You can now pay your water bill while you get your fix. It was announced in our last bill that water payments may now be paid at such establishments as Discount Tobacco, LA Discount Tobacco Outlet, and Thrifty Liquor Stores.

LA is just so far ahead of the times! Here in Georgia we have no incentives for paying bills.
